Greg St. Clair

President, Project Executive

Greg has 34 years of experience in the PEMB and construction industry, beginning with his graduation from the nationally-ranked Construction Management program at BYU.  He has his CPC (Certified Professional Contractor) designation and was named President of ACB in 2020. He has been with ACB for thirteen years. As a result of Greg’s many years and contributions in the PEMB industry–he was recently inducted into the MBCEA Pioneer Club Hall of Fame. 


Dave Manarin

Vice President, Project Executive

Dave has been with ACB since its inception in 2005. He has more than 38 years of experience in the PEMB and construction industry. His loyalty to the industry and desire for growth adds to his effectiveness in repeat clients. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from ASU’s Del E. Webb School of Construction. Dave also has his CPC designation.


Ian Miller

Project Manager | Member

Ian has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with the past 6 of those years at ACB. Ian’s experience has allowed him to run ACB’s largest projects which is a key aspect to the continued expansion of ACB. He is heavily involved in business development and community outreach making him an exceptional resource for project management at ACB.


Nick St. Clair

Project Manager | Member

Nick has been with ACB for six years. He joined ACB in 2018 after he graduated and completed his collegiate golf career from Utah Valley University with Summa Cum Laude honors. Nick’s focus at ACB is on the niche design build opportunities that arise with PEMB structures. His responsibilities start at the preconstruction phase and carries through to the completion of a project.


Trent Patterson

Estimator, Safety Officer

Trent joined ACB after relocating to Arizona from Texas. His background comes from production plant management. He is ACB’s PEMB Preconstruction manager. He is ACB’s technical liason between the partnerships with PEMB manufacturers. Trent is OSHA 30 certified.


Jay Sitek

Estimator, PEMB Software Specialist

Jay has nine years of experience in the PEMB field, with an additional 10 years of experience with a construction materials supplier. Jay is responsible for entering the PEMB structures into the manufacturers’ provided software package for design and pricing. 


Karen Manarin

Office Manager, Contract Administrator

Karen has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, including monitoring bonding, insurance and accounts payable for ACB, subcontractors and suppliers. Karen has been with ACB for more than 15 years.


Deb Schiffman

Accounts Receivable, Pre-Qual

Deb joined ACB after retiring from the medical field as a medical practice administrator for 35 years. She helps with managing accounts receivable and pre-qualification applications, picking up materials and completing other necessary administrative duties.
