Lin’s Buffet

This project was a multi-roof plane pre-engineered structure with a BattenLok roof panel.  The wall system was framed with metal studs with an aesthetically pleasing combination of EIFS and stone veneer.  Originally this project was designed with AB deck sheathing and a clay roof tile for the roof system.  With this, the project was over budget.  By changing to the BattenLok roof system, the project was able to meet the budget.
